Young Latino abused 11-year-old girl in New York: indictment on Long Island

Kelvin Mayen Vásquez, a 19-year-old, faces charges after allegedly having sex with an 11-year-old girl on multiple occasions in Long Island (NY).

Authorities said yesterday that the alleged illegal encounters took place over the course of more than a year, between March 2021 and May 2022, when the girl was even younger.
