Vorwerk fixes a bug with the Cloud-connection of the vacuum cleaner robot VR300 with a Firmware Update. After the Update to the robot vacuum connect correctly to the servers, promises Vorwerk. After the Update, the VR300 is again fully functional. Due to the error Cloud stick-links were missing the vacuum robots to predict some of the functions.
The new Firmware Update can be installed in two Ways. Who has tied its vacuum robot to the “MyKobold”App or the “imp robot”App, you can import it through the application.

Still no solution for the VR200

The Cloud-problems are already in place since the end of may. Because of an important TLS Root certificate had expired, were not able to connect to the Vorwerk robot correctly with the associated Cloud. This resulted in extensive functional limitations.
