NIS America announced that The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel IV will be released on PlayStation 4 later this year.

The release for Nintendo Switch and PC, however, is planned for 2021. In the new part of the series, the Erebonian Empire is on the brink of war. The story is therefore directly linked to the third part on. Class VII opposes the Empire, along with her Erebonian Civil War trainer and hero, Rean Schwarzer. Together with new and well-known students, everyone has to work together to stop the total destruction.

Features:

• The largest heroes’ association: Class VII teams up with the Crossbell Special Support Section and the heroes of Liberl. There have never been so many characters in a series part.
• The perfect fighting experience: The well-known and popular combat system has been further improved. Gigantic ‘Mechs can be summoned. A useful auto battle function and Lost Arts, the most powerful orbal magic, ensure a unique gaming experience.
• Give yourself a break: Between the fights, a number of mini-games provide variety. Popular features are returning, such as Vantage Master, fishing or puzzle games, but also new amusements such as poker, blackjack and the horror coaster are available.
