MEXICO CITY
Videos taken immediately after the clash between trains of the Tacubaya Metro give an account of the emergency that happened on Tuesday night near 23:37.
In total 41 people were injured and one died.
The head of the Government of Mexico City, Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo went to the scene of the accident and said the following:
“A train had a slip in reverse and hit the train that was currently at the Tacubaya station.”
There must be a research protocol that is determined internationally by the review of the black boxes carried by the convoys.
The black boxes with chain of custody are held by the attorney general’s office and there is an international certifier that will do the whole review and see what exactly happened.
At the moment the Metro does not offer service in four stations that are Observatorio, Juanacatlán, Tacubaya and Chapultepec.
The deceased is approximately 40 years old and is currently unknown.
