“Women who are not too old or young should cover their face, except their eyes, to avoid provocative situations when meeting men who are not close relatives,” the document explains.
It also states that if women do not have to go to important jobs, they would be better off staying at home.
Similar rules were in place in Afghanistan during the previous Taliban rule from 1996 to 2001.
