The Acer Predator gaming notebook boasts a 3D image. No special glasses needed

SpatialLabs TrueGame creates a three-dimensional experience with supported games. This is possible because games are usually created with three dimensions in mind: developers include depth information in each scene and the object they create. SpatialLabs uses this pre-existing information to present games in stereoscopic 3D.

“For each game title from more than 50 modern and classic titles, a special preconfigured profile will be available at launch, offering players a seamless experience of their favorite games. Profiles for other titles will continue to be added, “said the creators during the presentation.

The whole solution uses the eye tracking system, stereoscopic 3D display and real-time rendering. The display of the Predator Helios 300 SpatialLabs Edition offers a 15.6 “diagonal. A liquid crystal lens is glued to this panel, which allows you to switch between 2D and stereoscopic 3D display.

Even top performance cannot be denied to a novelty. In the highest configuration, it is equipped with a 12th generation Intel Core i9 processor, Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080 graphics card, 32 GB DDR5-4800 memory and PCIe Gen 4 NVMe SSD in RAID 0 mode. Everything works under the Windows 11 operating system.

The manufacturer also focused on the quality of cooling. The machine has two fans that help keep the components at rest even under maximum load.

The Killer DoubleShot Pro technology, Wi-Fi 6E connection (E2600 + 1675i) and a wide range of ports, including HDMI 2.1 for connecting external monitors, Thunderbolt 4 and two USB 3.2 Gen2 ports, are worth mentioning.

Sales of the Predator Helios 300 SpatialLabs Edition will begin in September. Prices should start from 3299 euros (81 290 CZK), depending on the configuration.
