Star chef serves pop-up dinners on the water

Star chef Olivier de Vinck of restaurant Kommilfoo on the South of Antwerp will be cooking on the ship Blue Rhapsody during the weekend of August 15.

The Blue Rhapsody, a ship of 85 meters long, departs from the Antwerp Port House and makes a tour through the port of Antwerp during dinner. Dinners are organized on three days: Friday and Saturday 14 and 15 August from 7 pm to 11 pm, and Sunday 16 August from 12 am to 4 pm.

De Vinck and Kommilfoo received their first Michelin star in 2011, in 2015 he scored 16 out of 20 in the Gault & Millau.
