Apparently, the conflict began with the unclear numbers of Exercise 2019 in the locality. Frente Nuevo Neuquén is a political party referenced to the Neuquino Popular Movement, but “they do not share the violent forms in Bajada del Agrio”. That is why in the last elections the force was opened and Vinez and Daniel Pobea were chosen to be councilors.
On the side of the MPN came the Deliberative Council José Lucero, who in the first sessions was in favor of the idea of Pobea and Vinez: clarify the numbers of the 2019 Exercise. This, as Rikemberg described, showed the dissatisfaction of the mayor (MPN) , and friends and family of the top leader of the town were present at the end of the session on Monday.
According to the Rikemberg account, the session began after 9 am and at the departure, at approximately 11 am, there was a group of people ready to “kick around”. They asked for a “solo meeting” with Lucero where they branded him as a “traitor”, and Pobea and Vinez did not leave him alone. They escorted him to the car, where the verbal grievances began.
The councilmen got out of the car asking to lower the level of violence and the mayor’s sister attacked Vinez in front of a police. In the midst of the panic attack, Lucero, Pobea, Vinez and her husband (who filmed what happened) quickly left the place and went to the hospital to reassure the councilor.

Beyond the current intern, the former mayor, government secretary and husband of the current mayor of Bajada del Agrio, Ricardo Concha Esparza, received a criminal complaint from Vinez for exercising violence to prevent the municipal commission from treating the memory and balance of the exercise anterior.
