Real Madrid has been in talks with the German central Antonio Rüdiger for some time, despite the fact that FIFA regulations prevent him from doing so until next January 1, six months before the end of his current contract with Chelsea. According to the British newspaper ‘The Guardian’, the negotiations between the Madrid club and the player are well advanced and could be completed shortly.
Real Madrid is attentive to Rüdiger’s situation and has taken advantage of the fact that the central defender has rejected the latest offer from Chelsea to extend his contract. The whites will have to compete with PSG and Bayern Munich, who are also interested in hiring the German international.
