Public prosecutor wants to publish pictures of perpetrators

Since then, the police have been investigating extensively against the alleged perpetrator. So far, however, it has not been identified.

Public prosecutor publishes pictures

That is why the public prosecutor wants to publish pictures of the alleged perpetrator after a period of time has expired. She announces this on Tuesday.

In a first phase, the photos are pixelated, “then published without pixelation at best,” writes the public prosecutor. “The image material will not be published if the suspect reports to the police in the canton of Solothurn by March 1, 2022.”

In addition, people with information on the identity of the suspect are asked to report to Kapo Solothurn by the beginning of March.
