Provisional Standings for 2021 SEA Games Medals, Friday 13 May 2022 22.00: Indonesia Still in Third Position : Okezone Sports

HANOI – Temporary standings for medals SEA Games 2021Friday (13/5/2022) until 22.00 WIB has been known. Indonesian contingent recorded still in third position with a total collection of 17 medals, consisting of 7 gold, 8 silver, and 2 bronze.

Since this afternoon, Indonesia has actually succeeded in adding to the coffers of the 2021 SEA Games medals. To be precise, Indonesia won two gold medals tonight.

The two gold medals came from kickboxing. Indonesia’s sixth medal was presented by Diandra Ariesta Pieter who successfully performed beautifully in the women’s full contact 56 kg kickboxing sport.

Diandra won the victory after defeating the representative of the Philippines, Gretel De Paz Cordero. Taking place at Bac Ninh Gymnasium, Friday (13/5/2022) evening WIB, Diandra appeared dominant. He also won the match by a landslide score of 3-0.

Previously, kickboxing also contributed a silver medal for Indonesia. The medal was obtained by Salmri Stendra Pattisamallo at the full contact number 51 kg for men.

Salmri had to settle for a silver medal after losing to the host representative, Mr. Huynh Van in the final. Salmri lost badly with a score of 0-3.

Then Indonesia’s seventh gold medal at the 2021 SEA Games also came from kickboxing. The seventh gold medal was presented by Amanda La Loupatty from the low kick 52 kg kickboxing sport.

Amanda La Loupatty successfully won the seventh gold medal for Indonesia at the 2021 SEA Games after winning over the representative of the Philippines, Claudine Veloso Decena. With the addition of these two medals, Indonesia now has a total of 17 medals.

Indonesia itself lost to Malaysia who took second place. The neighboring country has now collected 28 medals from 11 gold, 5 silver and 12 bronze.

Then the host team Vietnam looks still firmly at the top of the 2021 SEA Games medal standings. Vietnam has a total of 53 medals, consisting of 24 gold, 11 silver, and 18 bronze.
