For weeks, the football fans are waiting to know with certainty what will be the european calendar. And well it is for today. From 15: 30, it will be possible to attend a conference on UEFA.com which will formalize the selection of the executive Committee. There will be question to the Champions League, Europa League, Women’s Champions League, Euro 2020 in 2021, the European Super Cup, Youth League, and the champions League of futsal. The order of the day on the two days also includes the procedure for the draw of qualifying for the World Cup FIFA 2022, and proposals for the amendment of the Regulations of the UEFA club licensing and financial fair play designed to offset the financial effects of the crisis COVID-19 european clubs.
The UEFA executive committee is expected to validate the Final 8 of the Champions League in Lisbon (Estadio da Luz and Jose Alvalade) from 12 to 23 August with the quarter-finals, the 12, 13, 14 and 15 August, the semi-finals on 18 and 19 August and the final on 23 August. The four 8th-final return to play will, a priori, arguing in the stages of the hosting teams as usual (so, this will be in Turin, Manchester, Munich and Barcelona, the 7 or 8 August).
