The inter-Korean relations have suffered another setback. After the blowing up of the liaison offices through South Korea as a retaliatory action for re-flight blade actions of the North took Korean Defectors, the locked state on Wednesday, with threats.
In a message on state television KCNA, a spokesman for the General staff of the North Korean people’s army (KPA) has announced that troops at the mount Kumgang and Kaesong, near the border to deploy.
