Men die more often from Covid-19 than women

Men are affected often heavier Covid-19, and die more often than women. According to the data of the research initiative Global Health 50/50 from more than 20 countries, as well as according to Figures from the Robert Koch Institute (RKI) in Germany, women are infected at a similar frequency as men. In the case of mortality rates, the distribution is about one-third to two-thirds.
