According to him (see the “Geneva Tribune” of December 28), it is necessary to “secure the woods” because “the woods have not been maintained for twenty years and that they present security problems”; he adds a helicopter to “preserve biodiversity”, and worse, he completes with “safety for schoolchildren crossing this forest” … At the right time, little red riding hood should have been wary of trees rather than the big bad wolf !
And why does he not propose the disappearance of the forest to install a road for the students? A little serious, the proportion of accidents in the forest is ridiculous, it is nothing compared to car accidents. As a reminder, specialists declare that natural forests resist better than planted forests and let the forest do its job completely. To claim that these works are useful for the “maintenance of the forest of Pinchat” leaves speechless. Sure that State Councilor Antonio Hodgers, ecologist, will authorize this project, since the statistics do not take into account logging in the forest …
