Every year, Apple always release iPhone latest in fall. For this year, Apple is rumored to be releasing iPhone 14 on the 13th of September.
This rumor came from tipster LeaksApplePro through his upload on the iDropNews site. LeaksApplePro claims Apple is planning an event for the 37th week of the year.
The week starts on September 12th. Given that Apple often holds events on Tuesdays, it can be concluded that the tech giant will launch the iPhone 14 on September 13, 2022, as quoted from Tom’s Guide, Wednesday (18/5/2022).
Of course this is not official information and has not been confirmed directly by Apple. But this rumor may also not be too far off considering Apple tends to choose September to release the latest iPhone.
Just like Apple’s fall event last year, this year’s event is likely to be held virtually. In addition to the iPhone 14 series, LeaksApplePro said that in this event Apple will also release a series of other gadgets.
The main star is of course the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Pro series. iPhone 14 reportedly will have the same design as the iPhone 13.
But the mini variant will be removed and replaced with the iPhone 14 Max which has a bigger screen. Both the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Max will reportedly use the A15 Bionic chip, the same as the iPhone 13 series.
While the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max will bring the biggest changes in terms of design. Both are rumored to be carrying a punch-hole screen replacing the notch design that was first introduced on the iPhone X.
The punch-hole will house the front camera and Face ID sensor. iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max will use the latest A16 Bionic chipset, a 120Hz ProMotion screen, and a 48 MP main camera.
Besides iPhone 14 series, Apple is also predicted to launch AirPods Pro 2 and Apple Watch 8. Reportedly AirPods Pro 2 will come with a new design and carry lossless audio features and the latest active noise cancellation (ANC) technology.
The 8th generation Apple Watch will also reportedly be launched at this event. The company created by Steve Jobs is rumored to be developing three new Apple Watch models, namely the Apple Watch 8 standard edition, Apple Watch SE, and Apple Watch Extreme Edition.
