One person was injured in a shooting in the city of Groningen around 10 p.m. on Saturday evening.

The shooting took place at the Boeg in the Lewenborg district. The victim, a 19-year-old man from Groningen, was taken to hospital by ambulance.

No suspect arrested
No suspect has yet been arrested. The police were investigating the crime scene. A neighborhood survey will also be conducted.

Also investigation at police station
Part of the investigation also took place at the Parkallee Police Station near Kardinge. The victim was taken there by car shortly after the shooting. The victim’s car may be there.
