Injured in shooting in Lewenborg district (update)

The shooting took place at the Boeg in the Lewenborg district. The victim, a 19-year-old man from Groningen, was taken to hospital by ambulance.

No suspect has yet been arrested. The police were investigating the crime scene. A neighborhood survey will also be conducted.

Part of the investigation also took place at the Parkallee Police Station near Kardinge. The victim was taken there by car shortly after the shooting. The victim’s car may be there.

The police are asking witnesses or people who have camera images to report to the police.
