M Kace testified when he was beaten until he was covered in feces by the defendant Inspector General Napoleon Bonaparte. M Kace admitted to being mistreated by Inspector General Napoleon and other defendants while in the detention center.
Initially, M Kace, who became a suspect in a blasphemy case in August 2021, was detained at the Bareskrim Rutan. At that time, Napoleon was also detained at the Criminal Investigation Unit in connection with the suspect’s case red notice Djoko Tjandra.
In this trial, it is known, Napoleon was accused of persecution M Kace together with the other defendants, Dedy Wahyudi, Djafar Hamzah, Himawan Prasetyo, and Harmeniko alias Choky alias Pak RT.
M Kace Initially, he admitted that he was resting when he was in detention room number 11. But suddenly M Kace was woken up by another defendant named Choky or Harmeniko alias Mr. Chat.
At that time, M Kace admitted that he was invited Chat between Choky and Inspector General Napoleon on the terrace of M Kace’s resting place. Inspector General Napoleon was sitting on a chair at the time.
“First, General Napoleon pointed to me? Sorry sir, I haven’t been in a long time watch TV, I just met here sir. Then he asked what your name was, where was your address, what’s your name here,” said M Kace while testifying at the trial, at the South Jakarta District Court, Jl Ampera Raya, South Jakarta, Thursday (19/5/2022).
M Kace said that at that time Inspector General Napoleon was seen carrying 2 HP. M Kace was asked by Napoleon about M Kace’s viral YouTube content allegedly harassing other religions.
At that time Napoleon also asked M Kace if he had a backing. M Kace admitted that he did not know that he did not have a backing. Then during the conversation, suddenly several other people also questioned M Kace regarding his YouTube post which was allegedly harassing religion.
“There is a high intonation that says ‘do you know that insulters to the Prophet Muhammad must be killed’,” said M Kace.
M Kace admitted that at that time he heard someone shouting from outside as ‘just kill it’. Furthermore, the defendant Inspector General Napoleon and other defendants hit M Kace in the face with their fists and open arms.
M Kace then practiced the seconds of the beating by the defendant Inspector General Napoleon against M Kace.
“First it was slapped like this (towards the left cheek), then it was punched like this (towards the left temple), then the other ngerubutin me, “said M Kace.
At that time, according to M Kace, there were several people who came back into the room and beat M Kace. At that time Inspector General Napoleon asked his friend for his order, then the defendant Inspector General Napoleon began smearing feces on M Kace.
“They beat him, after that the defendant stopped, ‘stop, stop, where is my order?’,” said M Kace, imitating Napoleon.
Next, someone handed over a white plastic bag, after that Inspector General Napoleon asked M Kace to close his eyes and an incident of smearing feces was carried out.
“After that the defendant said shut up, uh, your eyes, then open your mouth,” said M Kace.
“So,‘ close your eyes brother ’I close like this only quite dibolongin a little to see what he will do, well after I saw it I told him to open his mouth later, so then he took an object I didn’t know right away entered to the mouth, in all, I think mud like that yes, but it smells, it turns out to be feces or human waste,” said M Kace, telling the story of being covered in feces.
At that time the prosecutor asked M Kace to practice when Inspector General Napoleon put the feces in his mouth. M Kace said Napoleon insulted him by saying his face resembled tai.
“Open your mouth, come in all later this way (puts plastic contents into mouth) while say ‘Your face looks like a tai’ like that,” he said.
Then, after that, M Kace’s body leaned against the wall, after which he was immediately beaten again. M Kace admitted that at that time he did not fight.
“Well, after that I immediately beaten upimmediately kicked me,” he said.
It is known, Inspector General Napoleon Bonaparte was charged with molesting M Kace in the Criminal Investigation Department. Napoleon also covered M Kace with human excrement.
The indictment stated that Napoleon committed the act together with Dedy Wahyudi, Djafar Hamzah, Himawan Prasetyo, and Harmeniko alias Choky alias Pak RT. The prosecution for each defendant was carried out separately.
Napoleon was charged under Article 170 paragraph (2) of the Criminal Code or Article 170 paragraph (1) or Article 351 paragraph 1 junto Article 55 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code and Article 351 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code.
