Hannover – To say goodbye to coach Christoph Dabrowski, second division soccer team Hannover 96 gave the 43-year-old another victory.

The Lower Saxony won in a tabular insignificant game against relegated FC Ingolstadt 3: 2 (1: 1). The guests from Ingolstadt created the better chances in the first half, but 96 took the lead through an own goal by Michael Heinloth (6th minute). Shortly thereafter, Valmir Sulejmani equalized with a header (11th).

Linton Maina put the Lower Saxony in the lead after half-time and later increased (56th + 74th). However, Filip Bilbija then put the ball back in for Bayern (76′). In the summer, the previous Greuther Fürth coach Stefan Leitl takes over the official business as coach at 96.
