Of fraudulent driver’s licence converted to cash tens of thousands of euros to people : six people, including a leader of the self-school, and three former agents of the prefecture of the Hauts-de-Seine, are considered to be from this Wednesday at the correctional court of Nanterre.
They appear free and are prosecuted for “corruption” and “fraudulent modification of a data system implemented by the State”, are suspected of having maintained a vast scam to the licence between October 2013 and April 2015. It was dismantled in may 2016, after a report a year earlier by the prefect of the Hauts-de-Seine.
Between 2 000 and 12 000 euros for the permit
During these few years, a hundred permits fraudulent have been issued, in particular of figures such as soccer players Jeremy Menez and Layvin Kurzawa, or the journalist Ali Baddou, via the two driving schools Patrick Antonelli located in Neuilly-sur-Seine and Puteaux (paris suburb).
The manager of 43 years, also husband of the singer Amel Bent, explained the scheme during its hearings : it was recording the files in a regular way, to the prefecture and then forwarded them to an officer of the licensing service. The official was then the changes on the national register of driving licences (FNPC) to deliver to the beneficiary the license without the exam.
In this system, the permit is monnayaient between 2 000 and 12 000 euros. According to the manager of the driving school, they shared the winnings equally. The official explained, however, to have received gifts in compensation. It also contradicts the number of permits fraudulent charged : on 74, it acknowledges having made a thirty.
During his departure from the prefecture to the town hall of Nanterre in April 2014, the system has been perpetuated by two colleagues, they also be confused by the multiple uses of their access codes in fraudulent filings. The two officials deny the accusations.
Travel abroad and vehicles expensive
