TEL AVIVIsrael must strike Iran within a year if no nuclear deal is reached. The threat was expressed by MP from the Likud Party Tzachi Hanegbi on Saturday (10/30/2021) according to reports Times of Israel.

Hanegbi said Israel’s former ruling Likud party would offer full support to the new government if it chose to launch a military attack on Iran.

“Iran is an existential threat. We give our full support to this government if a decision is made to attack. We are approaching a crossroads of decisions on the Iran issue,” he said.

Israel has consistently called for a full-scale attack on Iran, with Netanyahu reportedly seeking to provoke former US President Donald Trump to take direct military action against Iran while he was in power.

An attack on Iran will trigger a wider conflict in the Middle East region because the network of militia owned by Tehran will not allow it.
