Hoboken –
During an anonymous police check in the Antwerp municipality of Hoboken, a man was caught red-handed in illegal dumping. The man’s car was packed with construction waste and trash bags. Exactly the same waste was found in the nearby bushes.

The district support team of the Antwerp police noticed a lonely car in the Zeelandstraat last night. The car was parked in a corner of the parking lot with the driver still in it. When the police went to take a look, the 19-year-old man could not make a sensible statement about his presence in the abandoned place. What the agents also noticed in the car was the large amount of construction and demolition waste in black and blue garbage bags.
A few meters away the same kind of waste had been dumped in the bushes. The garbage bags also matched. The police suspect that the man had dumped waste here before. The man received a firm police report for this offense.
