According to the singer, fans had already bought around 50,000 tickets
Pietro Lombardi had already contacted his fans via Instagram message and personally told them the sad news.
In the video, the singer living in Cologne said:
“I also think it’s the right decision. We don’t want to take any chances.”
And further: “Of course I have a little crying eye. I was really looking forward to the tour. I know that you were happy too, but the tour is not canceled, but postponed.”
Lombardi’s management announced that the singer had chosen a “safety margin” of one year so that the concerts could actually take place.
Instead of next month, the tour of the 27-year-old now starts on May 15, 2021 in Hamburg.
The 50,000 tickets already sold will remain valid, management says. The winner of the RTL casting show “Germany seeks the superstar“From 2011 wants to play a total of 18 concerts in German cities as well as in Zurich, Vienna and Luxembourg. The conclusion is to be a concert in Cologne.
