KOMPAS.comManchester United won the 13th penalty of the season in the victory against Aston Villa on Friday (07/09/2020) early morning hrs.

The penalty won by Bruno Fernandes after receiving a tackle from Ezri Konsa was approved by the VAR even though the decision was criticized by the former referee Premier League, Dermot Gallagher.

Fernandes advanced himself to take a shot from 12 right and managed to execute his penalty well.

The 13th penalty puts Manchester United on a par with Crystal Palace 2004-2005 and Leicester City 2015-2016 as teams to get 13 penalties in one season.

At least, Man United’s accuracy is still better than their neighbor, Manchester City, which only incised 60 percent shot accuracy (6 out of 4).

Last season, Man United’s success ratio was 75 percent (entered 9, failed 3).

Again, this ratio is still less than Liverpool who recorded 100 percent accuracy also from the white point (7 of 7)
