In mid-June, its owner from Finkenberg decided to get rid of the four-legged friend. “At Hochkreuz” in Porz, she tied the animal to a tree early in the morning and left it behind. Fortunately, animal friends discovered the abandoned dog and wanted to free it. But he slipped through his collar and ran away.
Sad: The loyal “Jules” ran back to the only home he knows. But Frauchen’s heart remained hard. The same day she tied the dog up again and left him alone. This time the police came, secured “Jules” and brought him to the Dellbrück animal shelter.
“A really sad case,” reports an employee. “At the beginning he was suspicious, you could tell he was bad. But then he got warm with the new situation and has shown a lot of joie de vivre since then. “
