The speakers Peter Haller, founder and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Serviceplan Group, Barbara Evans, Managing Partner of the Mediaplus Group, Marcus Ambrus, Chief Strategy Officer of the Plan.Net Group, and Wolfgang Twardawa, former Division Manager GfK, used cases to show that, in addition to data and insight generation, sustainable technological solutions, internal processes and structural as well as personnel framework conditions play a role – and last but not least, the decision-making mentality of management also has a notable influence.
