Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – State-owned mining company PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (ANTM) will distribute dividends of Rp 930,871,496,771 or 50% of the company’s net profit in 2021.
Meanwhile, the remaining 50% or Rp 930,871,496,771 is recorded as retained earnings. The decision was the result of the 2021 Fiscal Year Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) which was held today, Tuesday (24/5/2022).
There are seven agendas at this Annual GMS. In addition to determining the use of net income, including the distribution of dividends, there is also an agenda for changing the composition of the company’s management.
The Shareholders of the Company have approved the proposed decision from the Series A Dwiwarna Shareholder/his proxies regarding the Change in the Company’s Management Composition.
In this AGMS, Mr. Gumilar Rusliwa Somantri and Mr. Anang Sri Kusuwardono have been reappointed as Independent Commissioners of ANTAM.
