One of the most famous Czech actors, Ondřej Vetchý, was born on May 16, 1962 in Jihlava. In 1984 he graduated from the Prague Conservatory. However, he first appeared in front of the camera in 1978, when director Jiří Hanibal cast him in the role of one of his classmates in the film Fly, Bird, Fly !.
He played one of his most famous roles in the legendary film With Devils Are Not Jokes, in which he turned into a devil, Janek, whose task was to bring Dorota Máchalová to hell. Another of his famous acting performances is the character of Jirka Luňák in the series Okresní přebor.
