The queen of Serbian music, Vesna Zmijanac, has earned her biggest tip in Sofia – BGN 80,000. She revealed this to the Serbian newspaper Kurir.
“Bulgaria was the strongest in tips. In Bulgaria there is playback or synback, there is no orchestra. I had a concert at the National Palace of Culture, and then I had to go to a restaurant opposite the hotel where I was staying. That’s where I got the money, “says the star.
“There was a Roma king who had taken out bundles of 500 euros and gave me a few for each performance.. In the end, I had nowhere to put them, I had money everywhere – in my pockets, in my jacket. I collected 30-40 thousand euros.
He wanted me to sing to him. I sang it three or four times, but he insisted on more. I told him – I have other songs.
