New facts about involvement Lurah Grogol Selatan off, Asep Subah, in making KTP Djoko Tjandra revealed. Asep is considered to have violated the procedure in issuing the e-KTP.
Djoko Tjandra is known to have come to Grogol Selatan Village to make e-KTP on June 8, 2020. Asep admitted that he initially did not know if Djoko Tjandra was a convicted of a claim rights (assignment) Bank Bali. What he did was solely to help citizens get e-KTPs.
“I do not know. Then he came from villages from outside Indonesia and so on we do not know. That’s why people come to us, just like that,” said Asep, Monday (07/07/2020).
The drafting of Djoko Tjandra e-KTP was completed in 1 hour 19 minutes. As a result of the case, Asep is now deactivated as South Grogol Village Chief and transferred to the South Jakarta Mayor’s office.
Teranyar, the Governor of DKI Jakarta Anies Baswedan stated that Asep violated the procedure when publishing Djoko Tjandra’s e-KTP. Anies considered Asep’s actions fatal and should not have happened.
“The Inspectorate investigation report has been completed and it is clear that the person concerned violated the KTP-el issuance procedure. This is fatal, it should not have happened. The person concerned has been deactivated and will be further investigated,” DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan said in his statement on Sunday. (7/12/2020).
Asep is said to have an active role that goes beyond his duties and functions in the issuance of the KTP-el. Asep had met with Djoko Tjandra’s lawyer, Anita Kolopaking’s lawyer, until he handed over his KTP directly to Djoko Tjandra alias Djoko Sugiarto Tjandra.
“The act of the village head resulted in the Civil Population and Civil Registry Satpel operator in Grogol Selatan Village in carrying out the KTP-el issuance service on behalf of Djoko Sugiarto Tjandra not implementing in accordance / ignoring the applicable SOP, because they felt reluctant to the Lurah,” said Anies.
