“The Last of Us Part 2” was able to defend first place on the UK charts last week. The first part was also able to work its way into the top 10 as a remaster version.

The latest UK charts are here. And who would have thought: In the second week after the launch, the PS4 blockbuster “The Last of Us Part 2” won first place claim for yourself.
Sales of the Naughty Dog title fell 80 percent weekly, which is a sharp but not uncommon drop. After all, “The Last of Us Part 2” found numerous buyers in the first week. It was worldwide more than four million customers. This made the new game around Ellie the fastest-selling PS4 exclusive game of this generation.
It is worth noting that the sales and also the decline relate to the boxed versions. Even sales of “Uncharted 4” fell by 78 percent after the first week. But since its release in 2016, download sales have continued to add.
The Last of Us: Remastered auf Platz 9
The sale of the first “The Last of Us” was increased again with the launch of the sequel. Together with “The Last of Us: Remastered”, two games of the naughty dog brand are in the top 10, with the remaster increasing by 82 percent in a weekly comparison.
Sales of the remaster were boosted again.
We come to the other placements: While “Bravely Second: End Layer” climbed back into the charts thanks to an enormous price reduction at Argos and three times more physical copies changed hands in the past week than when it was released in February 2016, the child-friendly one made it “SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom – Rehydrated” in third place in the debut week. There are no major surprises in the further placements.
