It’s hit again. The recent update to Call of Duty: Modern Warfare has been especially troublesome for PC users. They did not have the option to delete CoD: Modern Warfare files that you do not use to make way for the new update.
Through Reddit, Call of Duty players voice the size of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare files. Kiwi_lad_1982 posted a screenshot on Reddit showing its CoD: Modern Warfare folder taking up 209 GB. The post received multiple responses from other players who saw the same file size. For example, a user came with a screenshot that showed he needed 222 GB for Modern Warfare and Warzone.
The main problem is found on PC. On the consoles, the CoD: Modern Warfare files are also very large, but there players have the option to delete parts of their game when not using them. Unfortunately, that is not an option for PC players, so that means that you have to have quite a bit of GB on your hard drive to be able to play the games.
The last update of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare made it possible to play with 200 players simultaneously in Warzone.
