A group of armed protesters marched in the Stone Mountain Park, near Atlanta, calling for the gigantic monument to be removed. A monument to three Confederate heroes that many consider a tribute to racism. Numerous anti-racist movements have called for its definitive closure, but after several days closed due to restrictions by COVID-19, this week it has been reopened.
All the protesters carried Firearmsincluding military rifles, and some wore ammunition belts slung over their shoulders.
