The State of Victoria will reintroduce the third phase restrictions on 10 Melbourne neighborhoods, until at least July 29, in an attempt to contain a number “unacceptably high”Of new cases detected in the last few days.
There will be only four reasons why people will be able to leave the house in these areas of the Australian metropolis. All related to indispensable operations, such as work, shopping, health reasons and assistance to elderly relatives.

Andrews also requested that international flights are diverted from Melbourne for the next two weeks, to reduce the number of travelers who need to be housed in a hotel quarantine.
“I have not yet received the response from the Commonwealth but I am quite sure that the answer will be yes, there will be no more flights arriving“He said.
“Today’s flights will be the last for a two-week period“.
The announcement came after Victoria registered 64 new cases of coronavirus overnight, the 14th consecutive day of double-digit case increases in the state.
The return to Phase 3 restrictions in those neighborhoods means that meetings will be limited to family members or two people, and cafes and restaurants will only be able to take away.
Gyms, swimming pools, cinemas, game centers and other community activities will be closed through the blockade areas.
