It seems to overturn the results of the previous investigation and focus firepower on proving Lee’s charges, but the prosecution’s position is that the substantive truth has now been revealed through additional investigations.

The amount of breach of trust in Daejang-dong, which was applied when former head Dong-gyu Dong-gyu was first prosecuted two years ago, is at least 65.1 billion won.
It is the logic that the expected housing site development profit was reduced from 15 million won per 3.3㎡ to 14 million won, causing damage to the Seongnam Urban Development Corporation.
In the current arrest warrant for CEO Lee Jae-myung, this calculation method has disappeared.
Instead, the prosecution put forward the logic that if there was no public-private collusion, the construction could have brought 70% of the total development profits, as originally suggested by the working-level staff.
The amount of default has jumped more than 7 times.
Changing the calculation method is a different matter than extending the responsibility for blacksmithing breaches to the upper ranks.
Former general manager Yoo is still an accomplice with CEO Lee, but he is still being tried for breach of trust according to the old calculation method.
The same goes for Kim Man-bae and other private contractors, but the prosecution changed the logic of proof of guilt in a situation where the first trial was nearing its end.
The prosecution is in the position that new facts were only revealed in the process of expanding the upper-level investigation.
He explained that the parts that contradicted the existing charges would be sorted out by changing the indictment at an appropriate time.
However, the court battle is expected to become more intense.
A long battle is expected over whether additional evidence, including the changed statement of the Daejang-dong gang, can be accepted as it is, and whether the changed standard for calculating the breach of trust is appropriate.
The lawyers have already said who will participate in the project where the corporation takes 70%.
