The LA Galaxy put on a gala performance at the Dignity Health Sports Park stadium and made a feast of goals against the Rapids by beating them 5-0 during the Western playoffs.
The goals of the match for the local team were scored by Dejan Joveljic (31′ 1T and 29′ 2T), John Nelson (6′ 2T) and Riqui Puig (8′ 2T and 41′ 2T).

LA Galaxy strategist Greg Vanney stopped the starting lineup with a 4-3-3 formation with John McCarthy in goal; Miki Yamane, Emiro Garcés, Maya Yoshida and John Nelson on the defensive line; Edwin Cerrillo, Mark Delgado and Riqui Puig in the middle; and Gabriel Pec, Dejan Joveljic and Joseph Paintsil in attack.
