Anyone who drives an e-scooter on public roads generally needs insurance. A self-adhesive insurance sticker on the back of the e-scooter serves as proof of taking out insurance. Yesterday evening two Worms rushed through the city center with their scooters without badges and without insurance and were checked. While a 20-year-old was pushing his scooter home, a 26-year-old had to accompany the officers to the guard. During the control he showed drug-typical abnormalities. Since the drug test was positive, a blood sample was taken.
