On November 16, 2021 at around 7:30 a.m., a 43-year-old car driver drove down Jostalstraße into town. At the confluence with Freiburger Straße, a privileged 45-year-old cyclist crossed the street on the designated cycle path. The 43-year-old car driver disregarded the right of way, which led to the accident. As a result of the accident, the cyclist fell and suffered minor injuries. There was minor property damage to the car in the amount of around 500 euros.
