Today we are looking for a M/F Talent Manager for our Transition Management division in Lyon. You are responsible for the entire process of placing Executives and Managers in the missions entrusted to you by the Business Developers.
Your tasks:
– Participation in job descriptions and profiles in tandem with one of the Business Developers
– Development and implementation of search strategies – Reception, sorting and classification of CVs in our CV library
– Selection of candidates
– Telephone and face-to-face interviews with candidates
– Report to customers
– Follow-up of the recruitment process with clients (progress report, telephone progress report, organization of interviews, etc.)
– Animation of the candidate pool
Profile required
– We are looking for an experienced candidate with a minimum of Bac +3 training, ideally with a minimum of 4 years experience.
– You are recognized for your organization, your rigor, your interpersonal skills, your responsiveness and your good humour!
