A ruin stands in the middle of an idyllic district on the Zürichberg. A house that obviously does not fit into the image of the posh residential area. The entire upper floor has burned out, charred roof beams protrude into the void. And down by the entrance gate, a faded plastic tape with the inscription “Police Exclusion Zone” flaps in the cold wind.
