This shows that the group, under the aegis of CEO Mario Greco, is the most committed large Swiss company in the Ukraine war. The insurer’s foundation had previously donated two million francs to refugee aid and, together with the children’s charity Unicef, founded the “Global Coalition for Youth Mental Well-being”, which looks after young refugees from Ukraine. Greco, previously known as “Iron Mario”, gives the largest Swiss insurer a more contemporary image: more humane – and greener.
