Zotye is represented in Russia by two crossovers: the T600, which costs from 971 thousand rubles, and the Coupa (from 1 189 600 rubles), both outwardly suspiciously reminiscent of the Volkswagen Tiguan. Belarusian-assembled cars are certified in Russia: production is established at the Unison plant. However, earlier this year, it was reported that Zotye was experiencing some legal difficulties, due to which the release on “Unison” was suspended.
Dealers took the last assembled copies of the T600 from the factory this summer, and several Coupas were arrested at all. The Belarusian journalists found out that they were laid “in one of the cases as a security measure.”
