The aim of the merger of the two companies belonging to the PPF Group’s stable is to enable Air Bank clients to have easier access to Zonka’s services and vice versa. The form of the service and the brand itself does not change.
In parallel, Air Bank also announced the creation of a new business division, which will coordinate the activities of today’s Air Bank retail banking division and the bank’s contact center. Its management will fall to the current director of Zona, Jiří Humhala, according to current information, it should also retain its current function.
