Donald Cline, the doctor of the 90 children
Netflix is betting heavily on the success of two genres: the soap opera and the true crime, or the documentaries about murderers, con artists and other criminals in real life. The documentary Our father is the perfect example, as it contains family secrets, a medical scandal and a strong criticism of the American legal system.
Our father exposes the case of Donald Cline, a fertility doctor who inseminated more than 90 women in Indianapolis (USA) with his own sperm, without the consent or knowledge of his patients.
This documentary reveals the scandal that this famous doctor hid for decades, who also continues to be a respected member of his community and the Christian church. It also exposes the ordeal that the victims of Cline’s abuse must face when demanding justice, since in Indianapolis there were no laws that regulated this type of medical abuse.
The victims also deal with a series of autoimmune health issues inherited from Cline, as well as threats from the doctor. Will the evidence be enough to convict the doctor? Will the victims be able to obtain justice? These questions will keep you guessing for

welcome to eden: Belinda’s return
Who does not remember Belinda? With sticky topics like Ángel, Princesa o silly nice girlthe Mexican singer marked an entire generation (probably that of your younger brothers) and even performed before crowds in Caracas, Valencia, Mérida and Maracaibo with her tour rooftop party
Well, after some time away from music, marked by her notorious breakup with singer Christian Nodal and occasionally appearing as a judge on the talent show La Voz, now Belinda surprises with her histrionic skills in welcome to edena Spanish series that you can already watch on Netflix and that aims to become another milestone in this country, just like series like The Money Heist, sky red y the wire girlsamong others.
welcome to eden follows a group of young influencers with massive social media followings who have been invited to an exclusive event sponsored by a popular drink. What they don’t know is that, by confirming their attendance, they have agreed to participate in a kind of reality show where the only objective is to survive.
Here Belinda plays Africa, an influencer who lives between trips and wild parties, and who has been described by the same actress and singer as a “wayward, narcissistic and ambitious” person.

And Adiós, Vangelis!
Zona C opens this section to highlight the music that has marked our personal soundtrack and that we owe, in large part, to movies and series
This first section is dedicated to Vangelis, the composer and keyboardist of electronic, orchestral, ambient, new age and progressive rock music who died this week at the age of 79, for reasons that have not yet been revealed. It is worth remembering the most memorable soundtracks of him:
1 Chariots of Fire (1981). For this film, Vangelis received the Oscar for best soundtrack that same year.
2 Blade Runner (1982). Although Vangelis was nominated for Bafta and Golden Globes for this soundtrack and it was well received, it took more than a decade to be launched on the market.
3 Anthem of the 2002 FIFA Korea-Japan World Cup. The song sold more than 100,000 copies, reaching the long-awaited platinum record.
