Only recent Flemish single productions that appeared in both the Ultratop and the playlist of Radio2 and/or MNM between 2 June and 7 July 2023 were eligible to be nominated. The ranking of the best-scoring Flemish single productions in the Ultratop 100 forms the definitive list.

The listener decides

Voting is now open. In ‘Zomerhit’ the audience and only the audience decides the winner. You can vote via the VRT MAX app. From Friday 7 July you can vote once a week for your three favorite artists. If you vote several times a week, only your most recent entry counts. That vote ends on Saturday, August 12 at 11:59 p.m. Then we know which ten nominees can go to the final. From Sunday 13 August you can vote again, for your three favorites from the ten finalists. Also during this vote, only your last entry counts. The counters continue to run during the six weeks of voting, so the votes of both rounds are added together. The second vote will run until the end of the final on Saturday, August 19. Then we know who the winner of ‘Zomerhit’ 2023 is.
