Zombie MMO The Day Before Has Been Postponed Due To Trademark Infringement Claim – Gaming – News

It is a pity that the media takes this so blindly, without actually doing 5 minutes of research.

This game has been a ‘hot topic’ from day 1, small team, no track record, ‘scripted trailer’, the alarm bells have been ringing overkill here for 2 years. Yet the media (yes, almost every website, except for a few that already had this game on their radar) just throws this shit blindly 1 on 1.

Even 1 of the moderators on their discord has never seen any gameplay, and even doubts the game even exists (user WHOLF, who previously posted that this was a ‘bug’ on Steam). Steam’s history shows that these changes were made over a period of 2-3 hours, and given the various tests, all were manual actions (images removed, videos, tags, etc). I can type the whole story here about the history of this game (or rather, the alarm bells that people found), but I am still very disappointed that even Tweakers just blindly takes over.

Several have already indicated that the application in question does not have the same ‘catagories’ as the game itself, that in principle these 2 can never be each other’s ‘claim’.

So you see… ‘media truth’ is as far as it is ‘told’, and not what has actually been researched.
