Actresses Zoe Saldana and Jennifer Garner have been added to the cast of the action movie The Adam Project, reports Variety. It was previously announced that Ryan Reynolds will play the lead role in the film that will be released via Netflix.
According to insiders, the film is about a pilot (played by Reynolds) who has to travel back in time to meet a younger version of himself and solve a mystery. What roles Garner (Alias, Dallas Buyers Club) en Saldana (Avatar, Guardians of the Galaxy) will play in this, is not yet known.
Shawn Levy, known as the film’s producer Arrival and the series Stranger Things, of which he also directed several episodes, is attached to the film as director.
Earlier this year, it was announced that Netflix The Adam Project from movie company Paramount. The film, which has been planned since 2012, is produced by film studio Skydance. Rather, there was talk of the film’s title Our Name Is Adam and that Tom Cruise would play a part in it.
When The Adam Project should appear on the streaming service is not yet known.
