Expressen was already able to reveal in March that Söderberg intended to sell the 442 square meter house with four bedrooms, living room, library and dining room. And now it is clear that the house has a new owner, reports Sydsvenskan.
Söderberg, who ended his career with the Malmö Redhawks the previous season, makes a profit of seven million kroner, when the house was sold for 37 million kroner. According to Sydsvenskan, it could be a record for a villa in Malmö.
The new owners are the international entrepreneurial couple Poyan Rajamand and Susanne Arfelt Rajamand.
