Zion Clark continues to defy expectations.
Clark, a 25-year-old former college wrestler who was born without legs due to a rare congenital disease, won his professional MMA debut on Saturday, winning a unanimous decision (30-27, 30-27, 30-27) over Eugene Murray in “Gladiator Challenge: Seasons Beatings”, which was held at the Valley Center in San Diego, California.
Clark, who also holds the Guinness World Record for fastest person to walk on his hands, used his wrestling foundations to take down and beat Murray over the course of the three-round bout. Check out the best moments from the match below.
Clark’s incredible journey to athletic success was previously showcased in the documentary “Zion,” which tells the inspiring story of the Ohio native whose journey saw him trapped in the foster care system for years before finding his way.
